Here at Quigleys our property management department deals with the letting and management of residential properties of all types, furnished and unfurnished in and around the Staffordshire area.
Our service includes the personal interview of prospective tenants, taking references from employers, banks and credit checks, references from previous landlords where applicable and we also offer a rent guarantee to our landlords within the first six months of tenancy.
We carry out regular property checks, security deposits are taken and full inventories carried out with checks on the condition of furnishing and decoration. Landlords certificates for Gas and Electricity can be obtained and charges for the preparation of the Tenancy agreement will be the responsibility of the tenant.
Viewings are always carried out by appointment with a staff member in attendance and feedback will be given after each viewing.
Full management service to include collection of rents, arranging repairs if necessary, property checks, arranging the necessary safety certificates, accounting on a monthly basis.
